We design and run courses in the UK for small groups of managers. The courses always use our philosophy and principles – but are not ‘off the shelf’. Our engagement with a client means that we learn a lot about the specifics of that organization – and about the issues and needs that they have. We tailor our materials, and the content and pace of the event to address those issues and needs directly. Business Tracks events are normally 2 or 3 days and residential. Being away from the interruptions of work is important to help focus. We work with groups of 4 – 8 people. The broad titles for the areas we cover are:
Our courses have a high impact. It’s hard work for us, and stimulating for the delegates. Our events are not ‘cheap training’, but will represent outstanding and enduring value. We will be pleased to share our recent experiences with you. We can also offer, subject to availability, consultancy. We will join you for a period from one day to one month, on a part- or full-time basis, to help your organization handle a major change issue.
